From US-151 N, Merge onto US-61 N/US-151 N toward Dubuque
Take the White Street Ramp toward the Port of Dubuque
Stay straight to go onto White St/US-52 N/IA-3 W
Turn Right onto W 5th Street into the Port of Dubuque (end at the McGraw-Hill parking lot located on
your left hand side)

When you arrive in Dubuque, you will continue on Highway 20 for a few miles where you will the take a Left onto Locust Street
